1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The buyer may cancel the order and return the quality product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Please notify us of your decision in writing by e-mail: info@happyinaknit.com.  

2. Return conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

• the product is undamaged and unused (has not lost its commercial appearance: labels are intact, protection is not torn, etc.);
• the item is returned in its original, neat packaging;
• The product is returned in the same configuration as you received it.

The seller may not accept the return if the above conditions are not met. 

Note: Defects in goods of inadequate quality are eliminated, exchanged or returned in accordance with the procedure established by the CC.  

3. How to return – step by step

1. Write to us by email at info@happyinaknit.com - provide your order number, name, contact information and reason for return.
2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Send the shipment In a way convenient for you: by mail, courier service, in person or in another way at this address:

Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. The risk of damage to the package upon return lies with the sender - we recommend choosing a reliable service provider and tracking the package.  

4. Refund

• The money is returned to the Buyer's account within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (unless otherwise agreed).  
• The seller may withhold the refund until they receive the item or until they receive proof that it has been shipped (whichever comes first).  
• If you cancel your entire order within 14 days, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery costs, corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. The prices of additional services (express, home delivery, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Partial refund (you only return part of the order): only the amount paid for the returned goods is refunded; the original shipping cost is not refunded.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. The money will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

5. Poor quality or unsuitable goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it immediately. We recommend that you inspect the item upon receipt (with the courier or at the pickup location) and note any discrepancies.  

6. Change

If you want to exchange the product (e.g. to a different color), the same procedure as for returns applies; we will coordinate the exchange via email before shipping. (The exchange is carried out if the desired product is in stock.)  

If the wrong item is received and the buyer is informed, the seller will exchange the item at their own expense.

If the buyer does not like the color of the item, the seller will exchange it for another color, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Magazines are non-returnable items, so quality items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a price difference occurs when exchanging goods, the buyer and seller must settle the transaction based on the recalculated prices.

7. Data processing

Your personal data used to administer refunds is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
