Sandnes Garn stitch cords are a convenient and practical tool for knitters. They allow you to easily transfer stitches from your needles — for example, when you need to set aside sleeves or other parts of your knitting.
These cords are made of soft, hollow plastic. Simply insert the tip of your needle into the end of the cord and slide the stitches directly from the needle onto it.
To prevent stitches from slipping off, just tie a small knot at each end of the cord.
When you’re ready to place the stitches back on the needles, reverse the process — insert the needle into the end of the cord and slide the stitches back.
